New Name Reflects Plan to Expand beyond Malaysia

Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, August 20, 2009 - Picture Library Sdn Bhd, Malaysia's oldest stock photo library, announced today that after 17 years it is changing its name to "PhotoAsia Picture Library", effective immediately.

"The old name has accomplished what it was set out to do: promote Malaysian stock photos by Malaysian photographers. We will now focus on expanding our collections by introducing photographers from China, India, Thailand and Indonesia," said Ms. Doreen Lau, Managing Director of PhotoAsia.

"Our new identity better reflects what our company does, providing high-quality royalty-free and rights managed Asian stock photography for business, design, advertising, and publishing needs."
